I help VIP Day service providers create an unforgettable, high-end client experience to allow their business to scale with finesse, not stress. My heart is to help you take more naps while your clients have the most incredible client experience of their lives. It’s my passion to collaborate with business owners to create strategies and systems that will allow their businesses to flourish and absolutely THRIVE.

After traveling and volunteering for several years, I decided it was time to go back home to America and figure out who I wanted to help and how I could get them results. Enter Corporate America on stage right. I started off in Administration and began to work my way to Project Management and Systems Creation. But someone like me doesn’t do too well in a soulless company where it’s difficult to make real and lasting change. Someone like me…well, likes to do things her own way. Plus, it had always been a dream of mine to start my own business and work from anywhere! Thus began my search for how to work online.

All of a sudden...

All of a sudden the term OBM was introduced to me. At the time I had no idea what an “Online Business Manager” was, but the more I learned the more I felt that this was just the thing for me. After investing in education and landing several clients, I realized I had another passion: systems. 

 

Through unfortunate circumstances of my own (a struggle with chronic illness), I realized how vital systems and processes are in life and in business. This sparked something in me that I never knew was there before. I’ve always wanted to make the lives of those around me better, but now I had a practical and impactful way to do it. 

 

That’s why I’m here to help others strategically and systematically craft their client experience so that they can feel the transformation that I’ve so powerfully experienced.
